One of the World best badminton player and the Malaysian superstar Lee Chong Wei is battling against nose cancer. The ace withdraws from many major tournaments after June due to a respiratory-related problem.

The Badminton Association of Malaysia also issued a statement, where it was confirmed that he would not partake in the two major badminton tournaments. He was advised to take rest and later, he flew to Taiwan for treatment.
