BWF Hyderabad Open 2018 LIVE: Vivian-Yap meets Tsz-Yuen in WD Finals

At the on-going BWF Super 100 Hyderabad Open 2018, the Malaysian Women’s Doubles shuttlers Vivian Hoo and Yap Cheng Wen defeated the sixth seeds Yulfira Barkah and Jauza Fadhila Sugiarto of Indonesia with 16-21, 21-11, 21-14 in the contest that lasted for almost an hour at the G.M.C Balayogi SATS Indoor Stadium, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

The opener was in the hands of the Malaysians leading with 3-0 before losing the good form to the opponents; the former managed to catch-up till 15-15, when the later gained four straight points. In the second game, after the initial hiccups, the Hong-Kong duo changed gear towards the game point, unlike the decider, where either of the teams could win back-to-back points.

Before Yulfira and Jauza could continue with winning consecutive points, the Malaysians sailed towards the match point.

While in the other Women’s Doubles match, the Hong-Kong pair Ng Tsz Yau and Yuen Sin Ying defeated the Indonesians Agatha Imanuela and Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti .
