An unflinching and undying neck-to-neck quarter finals of the women’s singles at the Malaysia Open’18 was such a sight to behold. Featuring the Indian star shuttler PV Sindhu who overcame her arch rival Carolina Marin. The amazing long rallies followed by such nerve-wrenching enthusiasm and drama encore, PV Sindhu clinched the title by booking her place in the top 4 as she qualifies for the semi-finals. She will be playing against the World No. 1 Taipei Tai Zyu Ying on Saturday.

The 2016 Olympic queen has a record of brushing the talented Spaniard in a 5-6 knockout score. The 22-year-old bold and charismatic Sindhu won against Aya Ohori and Ying Ying Lee in straight sets in the previous rounds.

Sindhu is known for her iconic smashes and hardcore shots that are sure to work in her favour at the semi finals against the world’s best champion! Team Gobadminton wishes PV Sindhu all the very best to own the court and thwart her opponents.
