The jinx finally breaks, she has done it. After all the Silvers in Olympics, World Championships, CWG & Asiad, PV Sindhu wins the prestigious BWF World Tour Finals title as she beats Okuhara 21-19, 21-17 in Straight games(62 mins).

Statistical takeaways from PV Sindhu's win at BWF World Tour Finals:

1)Pusarla Venkata Sindhu has become the first player to win BWF season-ending tournament without

any Superseries/World Tour title in the same year after Wong Mew Choo (2009).

2)Her 14th career title in 30th career final overall in her illustrious career.
