Nikhita won the Under-11 Junior Badminton Championship title

The Under-11 Junior Badminton Championship title was conquered by PVS Nikhita which was held at the Riz Badminton Academy in Kochi, Kerela recentlyNikhita. She trains in the Lord Krishna Shuttle Badminton Academy at Ongole, and the tidings of joy were shared by the chairman founder of the academy, Addanki Murali Krishna.

The championship lasted for 3 days, being sponsored by the Punjab National Bank and Metlife. In the finals hustle for the title of the Under-11 category, Nikhita threw out Tamil Nadu’s Igita, to clinch the championship.

S Muralidhar, former vice-president of the Badminton Association of India awarded the young shuttler with the trophy and cash prize of Rs 10,000 and was impressed by her moving performance and appraised her play.

The founder of the Lord Krishna Academy was extremely content and said that the academy coach, Aman, bestow skillful techniques to the player and the efforts by Nikhita has made it possible to keep the consistency in the unbeaten record of the Academy.

Murali Krishna also gratifies both the coach and player and hoped a lot more victories to enter their ways. The Academy chairman, Siddha Sudhir Kumar, Academy advisor M Sivaram. along with the members Srinivasa Rao, Srihari, Raghu, Hafeez and entire team congratulated Nikhita and Coach Aman for their great winning in the tournament.
